She was predeceased by: her husband Gary; and her son Mark. She is survived by: her children, Donald Conover (Donna), Patricia McGowan and Barbara Meyers (Chuck); and her sister Lois Martin (Jim). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made in Martha's name to Guthrie Hospice or to Northbridge Church in Vestal.
