She is survived by: her husband Leo Cook; her children, Jeff, Gary (Valerie), Sue (Rick), Scott (Mary) and David (Terri); her grandchildren, Jason (Joelle), Danny (Lisa), Kimberly (Chris), Bradley (Sara), Johanna (Andrew), Ben (Kate), Miles, Jacob, Riley, Andrew (Alicia), Christopher (Casey), Jamie, Jeremy, Brandon (Ashley), Courtney (Mike), Justin (Abby) and Zachary; and her brother-in-law Jack Cook (Judy). She is also survived by sister-in-law Jan (LeRoy) Cook, several nieces, nephews, Godchildren.
