He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Bendyk Matoushek; and his siblings, Albert Matoushek and Norma Urda. He is survived by: his daughters, Paulette Furnia (Robert) of Chagrin Falls, OH, Ann Meek (Charles) of Phoenix, MD and Maria Sykora (Roger Forbes) of Gilbert, AZ. He is also survived by four granddaughters; two grandsons; one great grandson; three great granddaughters and several nieces and nephews.
