He was predeceased by: his mother Fay Smith. He is survived by: his father Frank M. Smith III; his girlfriend Tammy Wyskowski; his daughter Tianna Wyskowski; his brother Frank M. Smith IV; his sister-in-law Jodi Smith; his brother Norman; his sister-in-law Betsy Smith; his sister Yvonne Bullock (Smith); his brother-in-law Seth Bullock; and his son Lukas.
