He was predeceased by: his parents, John Tobbe and Orpha Tobbe (Molyneaux); and his siblings, John "Jack" and Rosemary Wickman. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Tobbe (Houseknecht); his son Tim; his daughter-in-law Christine Tobbe of Zirconia, NC; his grandchildren, Stephanie White, Sydney Tobbe and Aidan Tobbe; his daughter Teri; his son-in-law Noel Welty of Owego, NY; his grandchildren, Skyler Welty and Tobbe Welty; and his brother-in-law Keith Houseknecht (Brenda). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
