With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Gallagher of Vestal, New York, who passed away on March 21, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Marion Gallagher (Petcosky); his parents, Joseph Gallagher and Helen Gallagher (Madigan); and his siblings, Gene and Joan.
He is survived by: his children, Joseph Gallagher (Kathy) and Ann Marie Moffe (John); his granddaughter Sydney Gallagher; his sister Margaret Gallagher; and his sisters-in-law, Margaret Petcosky and Elizabeth Petcosky. He is also survived by cousins and many nieces and nephews.
