He is survived by: his children, Thomas Van Dyke (Sue) of Vestal, NY and Donna Ticonchuk (Victor) of Apalachin, NY; his grandchildren, Robert (Stephanie), Patrick Ticonchuk (Alana Gale), Alison and Nealy Van Dyke; his great grandchildren, William and Cordi Ticonchuk; and his daughter-in-law Candy Van Dyke.
