He is survived by: his children, Andrew Cuthbertson (Jason), Amanda Cuthbertson (Jesse) and Emily Cuthbertson (Kyle); his grandchildren, Carly, Magnes, Madeline, Wyatt and Levi; the mother of his children Ellen; and his caregiver Linda. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
