She was predeceased by: her brother Carl Raymond Kurzawski. She is survived by: her husband Gerald Edward Millard; her daughters, Cassandra Anita Horihan and Valerie Aileen Millard (Paul Turner); and her grandchildren, Andrew Michael Horihan and Grace Nicole Horihan. She is also survived by friends and cousins.
