In the vast expanse of eternity, John shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid John farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gottermeier and Eleanor Gottermeier; and his sister Patricia Marletta. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Dan Gottermeier (Michelle), Frank Calaci (Angie), Anthony Calaci (Sonja) and Jude Dixon (Richard); and his siblings, Kevin Gottermeier (Maryann), Robert Gottermeier (Linda) and Virginia Sullivan. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Miller Funeral and Cremation Services of Victor (301 W Main St, Victor, NY 14564). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Mary's Church (95 N Main St, Canandaigua, NY 14424).
