With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Scott J. Strickland of Victor, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Though Scott may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He is survived by: his wife Lynn "VanBortel"; his children, Jason, Lisa Spahn, Kathryn Leenhouts and Kerry Leenhouts; and his mother Barbara Strickland. He is also survived by sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews and many cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Murphy Funeral & Cremation Chapel (1040 NY-31, Macedon, NY 14502).
