He is survived by: his wife Laurie; his children, Thomas Mika (Jamie Doughty) and Matthew Mika (Leah); his pets, Benny and Scout; and his siblings, RoseMary King, Sharon Ramsay, Robert Mika, Kathy Mika (Joseph), Timothy Mika (Maritza) and Joseph Mika (Karen). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
