He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James D. Walker and Louise B. Walker; his daughters, Melissa Walker Moore and Kathryn Walker; his son-in-law Terence Moore; his grandchildren, Samuel, Mary Kathryn, Toby Moore, Tessa and Keelyn McArdle; his brother James Walker (Marcia); his wife Mimi Garsin; Seann McArdle and Paul Garsin.
In place of flowers, Tom asked that donations be made to Serenity House (1278 Brace Road Victor, NY 14564), the hospice where he received end-of-life care marked with extreme dignity, warmth, and grace.
