He is survived by: his wife Kit Pettit; his siblings, Paul Pettit (Kim) of Rensselaer and Debbie Engel (Ray) of Voorheesville; his nieces and nephews, Kim Burns, Jenn Pettit, Jessie Viola (Jeff), Eric Burkhartt (Jackie), Matt Pettit (Jackie) and Paul Michael Pettit; his cousins, Donna Richardson, Peter Pettit (Maureen), David Pettit and Mike Pettit (Renee); and his extended family Nancy Caprara. He is also survived by many great-nieces, great-nephews.
