He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Symula and Elizabeth Symula; his brother James F. Symula (Angela); and his nephew Jamie. He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie Symula; his children, David, John, Philip Chainyk, Andrew (Jody) and Rebecca Symula (Ryan Garrick); his sister Cheryl Gresock (Symula); and his nieces and nephews, Doug, Alan Gresock, Laurie Parmely (Symula) and Lisa Langton (Symula) of Detroit, MI.
