He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard R. Brumley and Beatrice J. Weiher; his former wife Ann Mesick Brumley; his siblings, David and Linda; and his nephew Jeffrey Wagner.
He is survived by: his sons, Richard Brumley Jr. (Stephanie) and Carl Brumley (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Chris, Matt, Lauren, Darren and Josh; his fiancée Kathy Glebatis; his sisters-in-law, Joanne Wagner and Clem Brumley; and his nieces and nephews, Marjorie Trombley (Dave), Dave Brumley, Paul Brumley, Scott Brumley, Brian Brumley, Jimmy Cedeno and Chrissy Anderson.
