He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Dvorscak and Mary Katherine Dvorscak. He is survived by: his wife Tami; his children, Alexander Dvorscak (Emily), Michael Dvorscak (Stella) and Katelyn Dvorscak; his grandchildren, Henry, Margaret, Mariposa, Mary Elizabeth and Thomas; and his siblings, Maryellen Evertson (John), Suzanne Edmunds, Andrew Dvorscak (Ruth), Steven Dvorscak (Mark), Bill Dvorscak (Marian) and Mark Dvorscak (Nancy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and in-laws.
Memorial donations can be made in Tom's name to the Sarcoma Foundation of America (https://curesarcoma.org) to fund research that will benefit all sarcoma patients.
