He was predeceased by: his mother Marion M. Falkenberg. He is survived by: his son Max Falkenberg; his grandson Silas Falkenberg; his father Allan V. Falkenberg; his stepmother Carol Falkenberg; his sister Cindy Callahan (John Callahan); his nephew John Callahan IV (Karen); and his nieces, Courtney Espadas (Frank) and Marianne Krol (Brian). He is also survived by seven great-nieces and great-nephews.
