Carl Balbach Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 6, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Carl Balbach of Walden, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sophie Mecherlein and Karl Balbach; and his uncle Leo. He is survived by: his wife Carol Boyce Balbach; his sons, Brett (Vaughn) and Bruce (Lynn); his grandchildren, Ryan Balbach Jared (Christina), Ariene Balbach, Kerri Balbach-Guiffredo (Kyle), Bruce Balbach, Brittany Balbach, David Serviss, Crystal Serviss and Aaron Serviss; and his caregiver Marie Ruggirello. He is also survived by 13 Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Millspaugh Funeral Directors (22 Bank St, Walden, NY 12586). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Good Samaritan Food Pantry (https://www.trinitywalden.com) in Walden or The Hospice of Orange and Sullivan Counties.
