We are sad to announce that on July 17, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Douglas L. Freeby of Walden, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Douglas shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Douglas farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Freeby and Anna Freeby (Frank); and his siblings, Charles Freeby, Arlene Gerber and Dorothy Monteiro.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Smith, Seaman & Quackenbush, Inc. Funeral Home (117 Maple Ave, Monroe, NY 10950). A prayer will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
