She was predeceased by: her parents, Karl Nosko and Rosalia Nosko (Mader); her husband David C. Lustig Jr.; her brother Karl Nosko; and her son Manfred Ulbrich (Freddy).
She is survived by: her children, Hans Peter Ulbrich (Mary Jane) and Margaret Daunt (Scott); her stepchildren, D. Carl Lustig III, Raymond Lustig (Susan) and Heidi Miller (Steven); her brother Franz Nosko; her sister-in-law Herta Nosko; her granddaughters, Sandra Ulbrich (Simon Schulz) and Linda Falzone (Placido); her stepgrandsons, David Lustig, Andrew Miller (Irika), Evan Lustig (Caroline) and Rory Miller (Michelle); her great grandchild Maria Akiko Ulbrich; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Scarlet Miller, Ruby Miller, Landon Lustig and Lexi Miller.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Millspaugh Funeral Directors (22 Bank St, Walden, NY 12586). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Wallkill Valley Cemetery.
Burial will take place Monday, September 28, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Wallkill Valley Cemetery, In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Hedwig's honor may be made to the Historical Society of Walden and Wallkill Valley (https://thewaldenhouse.org) or Hospice of Orange County / Kaplan Family Hospice Residence.
