He was predeceased by: his mother Lynn Jones Yack; and his grandfather Charlie Jones. He is survived by: his father John J. Yack; his grandmother Marie A. Jones; his aunt Karen Jones; and his uncles, Brian Jones (Therese) and Michael Jones. He is also survived by cousins & extended family.
