She was predeceased by: her parents, Josephine Kelly and James Kelly. She is survived by: her husband James Rhoades; her siblings, James Kelly (Janice) and Mary Thomas; her children, Shenandoah, Jimmy (Rose), Michelle, Jason, Heather, Jessica, Katelyn (Ariel) and James; her grandchildren, Jesse, Cecelia, Nicolas, Breanna, Tierra, Tyler, Dylan, Athena, Josephine and Phoenix; and her great grandchildren, Braxton, Maely and Stella. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mary - Assumption Church (89 Union St, Montgomery, NY 12549). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Liberty Church (510 M and M Rd, Middletown, NY 10940).
Alternatively, monetary donations to the family or a donation to a cancer foundation of your choice in Judy's memory are welcome.
