She was predeceased by: her parents, Irene Lopiano and Victor N. Lopiano; and her siblings, Joseph Lopiano and Deborah Maloney. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Russell; her daughter Lauren Bassel; her brother Victor Lopiano; her stepdaughter Michelle Gilbert; her granddaughter Isabella Bassel; and her friend Linda Sheck.
