Rose Marie Meyer Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rose Marie Meyer of Walden, New York, who passed away on July 23, 2025 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rose Marie Meyer to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bertsch and Gertrude Bertsch; her husband James Meyer; her son Paul; her brother Earl Bertsch; her in-laws, Al Meyer (Karin), William Meyer (Sylvia) and Charles Maas; her cousin Marian VanTassel; and also, William and Catherine Meyer.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Palmer, Patricia Arnott (Elliott) and Michael Meyer (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Shawn Arnott (Victoria), Patrick Arnott (Heather), Megan Palmer Desnoyers (Andrew), Rory Meyer, Kelly Arnott Delacruz (Nico), Mickenna Meyer, Cian Meyer and Lyla Laffin; her great grandchildren, Ryann, Eleanor, John, Hailey and Mila; and her sisters-in-law, Kathleen Maas and Joy Bertsch. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Millspaugh Funeral Directors (22 Bank St, Walden, NY 12586). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at the East Cochecton Cemetery.
