She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Strang and Edith White Strang; her son Brian Decker; and her siblings, John Strang, Edith Strang, Sonny Strang, Josephine MacCarthy, Inez Penticost, Susan Cohen and Charlie Brueschaber.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ann Stewart (Robert) of North Carolina and Dawn Gibbs (Richard Shultis) of Kingston, NY; her sister Della Louckes of Montgomery; and her grandchildren, Mark Gibbs, Brittany Gibbs, Daniel Gibbs, Annmarie Stewart, Bobby Jean Stewart, Robert Stewart and Christopher Stewart. She is also survived by several grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gridley-Horan Funeral Home (39 Orchard St, Walden, NY 12586). A prayer will be held on Sunday, May 18th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Gridley-Horan Funeral Home, Inc. (39 Orchard St, Walden, NY 12586).
