He is survived by: his wife Selena "Sally" Spencer; his daughter Jacqueline R. Spencer of Walden; his sister Carol Stuhmer of Walden; his grandchildren, Kayla Spencer, Jeffery Spencer Jr., Alexis Rodriguez and Justin Medina; his great grandchildren, Zoey Spencer and Amaya Ferrell; his nephew Richard Stuhmer; and his nieces, Roxsann Petty and Ronda O'Donnell.
