He was predeceased by : his father David B. Conklin. He is survived by : his close friend Vivian Figueroa; his daughter Kristen Hillerbrandt (Shawn); his granddaughter Halle J. Hillerbrandt; his sons, David B. Conklin and Joshua Conklin; his mother Edith Burns; and his siblings, Yolonda Hussey (Paul), Gidget Condon (Michael) and Shane Conklin (Marlene). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
