Edward Koop Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Edward Koop of Wallkill, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 1, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Edward is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Edward's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Koop. He is survived by: his father John Koop; his wife Carol; his children, Jonathan, Kristen and Matthew; his granddaughter Everest; and his siblings, John Koop and Jeanie Brewer.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brooks Funeral Home (481 Gidney Ave, Newburgh, NY 12550). A wake will be held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 at the same location.
