He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Volz and Edward Volz; and his brother Richard Volz. He is survived by: his wife Patricia M. Volz; his children, Paige Brought (Guy Brought), George Volz Jr. (Patricia E. Volz) and Damien Bosco; his grandchildren, Chris Alwell, Tyler Volz, Kasey Volz and Connor Volz; his brothers, Edward Volz (Marilyn) and John Volz (Ilona); and his sister-in-law Hertha Volz (Richard). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
