Jennifer leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Jennifer’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bell and Charlotte Bell (Alexander); and her brother David Bell. She is survived by: her son Damien Miller of Harriman, NY; and her siblings, Steven Bell of Cape Coral, FL, Susan Jones and Barbara LeForte. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A burial will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Seamanville Cemetery (400 Spring St, Monroe, NY 10949).
