With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joann Koepper (Wallkill, New York), born in Avon Park, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 2, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillie B. Dasher and Cleveland Dasher; her daughter Deborah Dasher; and her siblings, Juanita Jenkins, Vivian Thomas, Hazel Wilson, Geraldine Cockley, Fred Dasher and James W. Dasher.
She is survived by: her husband John Koepper; her children, Samuel Dasher, Priscilla Coleman, Cynthia Marshall (Paul), Jonathan Coleman (Tina), Kimberly Davis, Beverly Coleman and Natasha Quackenbush (Sean); and her siblings, Reagis Brown, Novella Green and Susie McDermott (Osbourne). She is also survived by loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (468 NY-32, Wallkill, NY 12589).
