She is survived by: her children, James Thietje (Kimberly), Jerry Thietje and Sarah Reed; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Kelsey, Sean and Ryan; her siblings, Barbara Ann Sutera, Virginia Martin, William Capuano (Beverly) and James Capuano; and her siblings-in-law, Larry Salabec, Doris Capuano and Sandra Capuano.
