She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Shirley Moshinskie and Andy Moshinskie; her children, Frank M. Rumsey III (Jennifer Toth) of New Paltz and Cheral Rumsey (Dan Dolson) of Wallkill; her siblings, Leo Nelli of Mobile, AL, Andrea Fuller of Oklahoma City, OK and Ernest Hopkins of Oklahoma City, OK; her granddaughter Jillian Rumsey; her significant other Frank M. Rumsey II; and her brother David Moshinskie. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Copeland-Hammerl Funeral Home (162 S Putt Corners Rd, New Paltz, NY 12561). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at the New Hurley Cemetery (1145 NY-208, Wallkill, NY 12589).
