He is survived by: his aunts, Barbara Black and Anna Black; his son Michael Rockefeller (Mary Ann); his brother Mark; his nephew Chad (Karen Acevedo); his great-nephew Winston; his niece Erika (Nate O'Hara); his cousins, Donald Ronk, Scott Ronk, Kevin Ewain Sr. (Marian), Jimmy Ewain, Debra Bass (Brian Weisberg) and Rosemarie (Charles Daescher); his close friend Carolyn Kurtz; and also, Pat, Fred Winters, Gail, Howard Crain, Jared Boice and Jim Astuto.
Memorial contributions may be made in Craig's name to Delaware Valley Hospital.
