He is survived by : his wife Karen Czerniak; his son Jay Czerniak (Beth) of Walton; his grandchildren, Mark, Ryan and Claire; his siblings, Robert Czerniak (Norma) of Doylestown, PA and Donna Czerniak (Robert Steinberg); and his brothers-in-law, Edward Myers of Perkasie, PA and Dale Myers (Brenda) of Bedminster, PA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
