It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Christopher Curtin Sr. of Walton, New York, who passed away on April 12, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Peter W. Curtin and Lillian Hensler; and his brothers, Peter Curtin and Charlie Curtin. He is survived by : his children, Lisa, Vance Curtin of Walton, NY, Theresa Sparling of Strasburg, VA, Lorrie McNamara (Chris), James Curtin Jr. (Spring) of Sidney Center, NY and Mary Curtin of Gallatin, TN.; and his grandchildren, Mark Jr., Jackie, Casey, Kathy, Miranda, Blake, Megan (Austin), Kaitlyn, Shane James, Meka, Helaina, Ashlynn, Maddison, Dustin, Brooke and Hannah. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Walton Cemetery.
