He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph G. Plank Jr. and Harriett E. Frankenfield; and his brother John Plank. He is survived by: his wife Gail M. Plank of Walton, NY; his sons, Matthew L. Plank, Joseph G. Plank (Paige) and Steven J. Plank (Megan); his siblings, James Plank and Susan Namy; and his grandsons, Gordon, Waylon, Luke, Lincoln, Steven Levi, Lucas and Adam.
