She was predeceased by : her parents, Kenneth Underwood and Shirley Underwood (Jump); her siblings, Rose Phoenix, Kathy Bakker and Larry Underwood; her father-in-law George Haynes Sr. As; and her close friend Kim Zupo.

She is survived by : her husband George Haynes Jr.; her sons, Kenneth Wagner (Kellee) and George Haynes III; her granddaughters, Annabelle and Evangeline Wagner; her nieces, Tammy Phoenix (Don), Raquel Phoenix and Michelle Darling (Shawn); her nephew Michael Phoenix (Kelly); and her mother-in-law Anna Haynes.
