We are sad to announce that on October 30, 2023, at the age of 82, Mildred Elizabeth Russo of Walton, New York, born in Apalachicola, Florida passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mildred Elizabeth Russo to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter Duggar and Pauline Duggar; and her sister Clarice. She is survived by : her husband Frank Russo Sr.; her brother Buddy Duggar (Ethel) of Sumatra, FL; her children, Vic Russo (Deborah) of Deposit, NY, Frank Jr. of Vestal, NY and Sara Tweedie (Scott) of Albany, NY; and her grandchildren, Edward, Nicholas, Adam, Travis, Anthony, Renee, Rob, Richie, Vincent, Frank III, Thomas, Logan and Oliver. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
