He is survived by : his wife Marilynn Conklin; his children, Duane Lewis (Kathleen) of Palm Coast, FL, Kim Pino (Ross) of Indiantown, FL and Michael Lewis (Misty) of Sidney; his stepchildren, Randy Bishop, Lorilynn and Keith of Bennett, NC; his grandchildren, Karissa, Neal, Zackery, Ashlie, Kylie, Patrick, Bradley, Kate, Arian, Jacob, Kaylen, Korinne, Everett and Marisa; his great grandchildren, Zackery, Dylan, Cole, Jade, Owen and Ellie; his siblings, Laura Morgenstern and Thomas; his sister-in-law Vicky Conklin; and his daughter-in-law Jessica Bishop of Worcester.
