Ruth will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Baker and Florence Blything; her son Robert G. Mills; and her siblings, Robert Baker, David Baker, Marie Rickard and Dorothy Mealus.
She is survived by: her children, Sally Yust (Phillip) of St. Joseph, MO and Daniel Mills of Sidney, NY.; her sister Majorie Schaeffer of Binghamton, NY; and her granddaughters, Adrienne Waner (Christopher) of Kansas City, MO and Carrie Corder of St. Joseph, MO.. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
