He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Bartlett and Kathryn Bartlett (Hoyt) of Pines Brook, Walton.; his wife Sonja Louise Coons Bartlett; his brothers, Douglas Bartlett and Robert Bartlett; and his son-in-law Thomas Sackett.
He is survived by: his sister K. Lucille Bartlett of Walton; and his children, Marge Sackett of Whitney Point, Peggy Hamley (David) of Barton, Bill Bartlett (Tracey) and Tim Bartlett of Walton. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
