It is with sadness that the passing of Marilyn L. Wight of Walworth, New York is shared. Marilyn, born on April 24, 1947, passed away on August 14, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fay Druschel and Louise Druschel; her husband Robert "Bob" Wight; and her stepdaughter Jennifer Soback. She is survived by: her brother Norman Druschel (Rita); her children, Brenda Welker (Tom), James Laforty, Jr. (Tanya), Karen Shea (Kevin), Patricia Anderson (Todd), Janie Laforty, Christel (Jason) and Jessica Spanton (Michael); her stepson-in-law Mark Soback; her grandchildren, Tyler (Nicole), Ashley (Ian), Joshua (Kelly), Brenna (Kyle), Hannah (Kelly), Felicia (Christopher), Lucas, Christopher (Brooke), Brittany (Cameron), William (Laura), Amanda (Mitch), Amy (Michael), Kyle (Sarah), Nicholas, Cody (Logan), Justin (Bailey), Jacob (Kristen), Matthew, Christel Alaina, Carla (Mehdi), Felix and Isabella (James); and her great grandchildren, Ryker, Jax, Emmett, Lainey, Calum, Mikayla, Mason, Sophia, Jackson, Oakley, Alexander, Wyatt and Gabriella. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many extended family.
