He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Padgham and Florence Padgham; and his brother Gene Padgham. He is survived by: his children, Gerrit Padgham (Jessica), Mark D. Padgham, Daniel Franklin (Juli) and Sharon Fell (Benjamin); his grandchildren, Geoffrey, Arianna, Avery, Benjamin and Luke; and his siblings, Marilyn Rick (Dave), Bob Padgham (Vicky), Phyllis Lafon (Todd) and Bill Padgham (Sue). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
