He was predeceased by: his wife Susan Ann Seaman Turner; his parents, Emmett E. Turner and Dorothy Hillard Turner; his brother F. Donald Turner; and his grandsons, Tyler N. Turner and Gage S. Turner.
He is survived by: his children, Garry M. Turner (Cathy), Kelly A. Arnold (Kenneth Hackett), Lisa White (David), Richard W. Turner (Jackie) and Guy S. Turner (Lea Ann Sawyer); his grandchildren, Michael, Katie, Jeramie, Joshua, Elizabeth, David of Michaela, TJ, Tessa and Taylor; his great grandchildren, Nathan, Noah, Kali, Jayden, Skyler, Ryder, Everest, Nova, Oaklyn and Levi; his sister Margaret Ann "Peggy" Turner (James Yahnite); and his pet Tucker. He is also survived by several sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews.
