He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Burke-Herzog (Frank) and Glenn Chatterson (Lois); his stepbrother Jon Herzog; and his brothers-in-law, Nelson and Duane Schommer.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Chatterson; his children, Sarah Sturges (Laurie), Jennifer Muller (Rich) and Jason Chatterson (Maria); his grandchildren, Benjamin Sturges Watts, Cora Muller and Brielle Chatterson; his siblings, William "Bill" Chatterson (Glona) and Donna Barry (Ben); his sisters-in-law, Kathy Schommer and Cheryl Schommer; his siblings' children, Gail Chatterson (Ronald), Dawn Schommer, Jon (Erin), Adam Logue (Lisa), Ron (Doreen), Brian (Dawn) and Glen Schommer; and his pet Lyla. He is also survived by three great nieces, and four great nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Ginegaw Park (3600 Lorraine Dr, Walworth, NY 14568).
