Claire M. DeVito Obituary
In loving memory of Claire M. DeVito of Wantagh, New York, who departed this world on June 15, 2025 at the age of 90. Claire leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Frank; her children, Marguerite (late Bernard), Joseph (Rosemary) and Mary (Vinny); her grandchildren, Anthony (Brittany), Vanessa (Andrew), Alissa and Danielle (Thibault); her great grandchildren, Jordan, Rhys, Milo and Kyler; and her sister Joan (Anna). She was also cherished by nieces and nephews as well as countless friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Clair's. Bartholomew & Son, Inc. (302 Bedford Ave, Bellmore, NY 11710). A Mass will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Barnabas R. C. Church (2320 Bedford Ave, Bellmore, NY 11710). An entombment will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Calvary Cemetery (4902 Laurel Hill Blvd, Woodside, NY 11377).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Claire's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
