With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Raymond C. McDevitt of Wantagh, New York, who passed away on December 12, 2025 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Raymond departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Raymond may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Raymond leaves behind.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sandra; his children, Daniel, Sean (Marisa) and Jamie; and his siblings, Denise Campbell (Peter), Tim and Michael (Hillary). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Charles J. O'shea Funeral Homes (603 Wantagh Ave, Wantagh, NY 11793). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at the Maria Regina Church (3945 Jerusalem Ave, Seaford, NY 11783).
