He is survived by: his sons, Adam "Garth" Velazquez (Charles) and Adalberto "AJ" Velazquez; his grandson Aiden J. Velazquez; and his siblings, Ana Ortiz, Mary Texidor, Guelin Velazquez, Felix Velazquez, Miriam Gabino, Oscar Velazquez and Santos Velazquez. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
