He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmen De Jesus and Juan Velazquez; his daughter Nicolle Mastro; and his siblings, Norma Bonilla, Juan Velazquez, Andy Velazquez and Carmen Espreo.
He is survived by: his sons, Adam "Garth" Velazquez (Charles) and Adalberto "AJ" Velazquez; his grandson Aiden J. Velazquez; and his siblings, Ana Ortiz, Mary Texidor, Guelin Velazquez, Felix Velazquez, Miriam Gabino, Oscar Velazquez and Santos Velazquez. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc. ~ Van Wyck Room (895 NY-82, Hopewell Junction, NY 12533). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 8:00 PM at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc. - Hudson Room (895 NY-82, Hopewell Junction, NY 12533). A burial will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Raymond's Cemetery (2600 Lafayette Ave, Bronx, NY 10465).
